JAY SPERRY

Jay Sperry is the co-founder of the Parry Romberg Foundation, established in 2006. His daughter, Kelley, was diagnosed with this rare disease in 2000 at age 9. Since then, he has advocated for others afflicted with Parry Romberg Syndrome by promoting media awareness and helping coordinate Romberg Retreat efforts.

Jay is a 1983 Graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Environmental Conservation Management. He's played active roles in environmental organizations as acting chairman, executive board member, chairman of finance, and focus group participant.

Jay’s work experience includes investment banking and retail management. He joined the Westminster Fire Department in 1994 and has held positions including firefighter, paramedic, and his current position of Emergency Medical Services Field Coordinator.

Jay believes the Parry Romberg Foundation will provide the needed link to initiate and support medical research.
